1. Policy Consulting and Development

Some clients are experts in relocation. They know precisely what they want in a relocation program. They come to us because they want a partner who is flexible enough to customize service, reporting, and billing to their requirements. Other clients want a more consultative approach. They turn to Matrix for our expertise in analyzing, planning, and developing relocation programs. We have developed a consulting practice that helps these clients adopt programs that match their business and financial objectives. 2. Benchmarking
Together with our client contact we interview senior managers representing key internal customers of relocation to determine their business objectives and the implications of these objectives for relocation. We evaluate current relocation policy for consistency with corporate goals and objectives. We benchmark current policy benefits against national averages and against like companies as defined by size and SIC classification. We write client policies.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting
We apply our unique tool set to build a reliable budget for relocation by tier, division, and/or department. We build a forecast and report performance against forecast quarterly.

4. Tailored Reporting
Matrix provides the most comprehensive, accurate, useful, and timely reporting in the relocation industry. Report types include standard quarterly and year end reports, ad hoc reporting, and real time web based reporting.
