HISTORY

Four spirited entrepreneurs founded Matrix International Logistics, Inc. in 1986. At that time, many relocation companies lacked a truly coordinated relocation program, which left many clients dissatisfied. Matrix recognized the lack of accountability by some of its competitors, and filled a much-needed void. By bringing many of the key elements of the international relocation business in-house; by establishing a single-source accountability program; and by staying focused on the customer's shipment needs from point of origin to final destination, Matrix landed their first account.

Matrix grew rapidly from managing just a few hundred shipments a year, to managing over 15,000 moves annually. Additionally, many of Matrix's largest clients have been loyal customers for more than 15 years.

In 1996, Matrix aligned itself with Geologistics, a $1.5 billion logistics corporation, which expanded its breadth of service capabilities. With a network of over 1000 offices located in 84 different countries, Matrix's global reach became unmatched by any of its competitors. Matrix remains steadfast in its mission, to insure that every customer is satisfied with their move from point of origin to the final destination.
